Panels and Frames is a group of anime fans in and around Eau Claire, WI.
Currently, we meet twice a month in a book-club style format to discuss some anime we watch or manga we read.
We are looking to add new types of meetings as we go on.
For the purposes of discussion and so on, we are an 18+ only group.
